Students from the Universidad Politécnica de Puerto Rico will present proposals to curb coastal erosion in the Loíza communities of Las Carreras, Villa Cristiana and sector Vieques on Monday, October 26, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at the Biblioteca Municipal Miguel A. del Valle Escobar, El Vocero reported on October 21.
