PRAK Industries LLC will invest $1,177,056 in machinery, equipment and infrastructure to expand its uniform manufacturing in a 20,000 square foot industrial property it leases from PRIDCO in the Parque Industrial de Aibonito, El Vocero reported on October 27, 2026. The governor, the secretary of Economic Development and Commerce and PRIDCO's executive director announced the investment that Tuesday, the outlet said.

Toyota de Puerto Rico will put more than $55 million into expanding and modernizing its Vehicle and Parts Distribution Center at Carretera 865 Km 4.9, Candelaria, Toa Baja, under a multiyear program that runs to 2031, El Vocero reported on October 21, 2026. The work adds about 30,000 square feet to the parts area, upgrades the areas where vehicles are received and dispatched, and brings in inventory-handling technology.

Oriental Bank recorded two mortgage deeds on June 12, 2026 on an industrial property in Florida Afuera, Barceloneta: a new mortgage of $1,788,900 and an amendment of an existing $3,220,000 mortgage, together with a financing statement and a deed clarifying earlier registry entries. The property the deeds describe is a 352,766 m2 tract, a 3-cuerda lot and a 179 m2 strip for public use, which together correspond to the 363,051 m2 property at Carretera 2 Km 56.7 on RED Atlas's property map.

Warmkraft Puerto Rico LLC plans to invest $16 million in a facility in the Guanajibo Industrial Park in Mayagüez that will treat military uniforms with the insect repellent permethrin, bringing a building owned by the Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company back into use after more than 15 years vacant, the San Juan Daily Star reported on October 19, 2026.

PR Footwear, a subsidiary of Illinois-based Belleville Boot Company, will make military boots at the former Eagle Industries del Caribe plant in Lares and plans to create up to 300 full-time jobs over the next three years, sanjuandailystar.com reported on October 6, 2026. The Lares plant and a second facility in San Sebastián will be the company's first manufacturing operations in Puerto Rico, according to the outlet.
