The commercial building at 1058 Avenida Ponce de León in Santurce, San Juan, and the empty lot behind it at 1091 Calle Fernández Campos sold together for $1,794,000 in a deed recorded on May 28, 2026. The buyer is 1058 Ponce de Leon Medical LLC. The seller, 1058 Pdl Ozf LLC, had owned both since 2022. The tax roll splits the price: $1,704,000 for the building, 579 m2 of floor area on a 574 m2 lot, and $90,000 for the 452 m2 lot, which has no structure on it. Both are zoned ZU-G3.
