Condado Princess penthouse sells for $1.6 million to Manhattan Real Estate, LLC, the building's highest sale in two years
Manhattan Real Estate, LLC bought Penthouse 203 at Condominio Condado Princess, 2 Calle Washington in Condado, San Juan, for $1,600,000. The sale deed was recorded on June 12, 2026; the sellers are private parties.
The unit record gives the penthouse 197 m2, so the price works out to about $8,103 per square metre.
Prices in the building
It is the highest price recorded for a unit at Condado Princess in the 24 months to October 22, 2026. Apartment 1102, 149 m2, sold for $1,200,000 on July 27, 2026, about $8,080 per square metre, close to the penthouse's rate. Apartment 1002, also 149 m2, sold for $920,000 in December 2025, and Apartment 1004, 172 m2, for $700,000 the same month.

No permit has been filed for the penthouse. The permits office has no filing for the building since November 2024.
