Road2 Nowhere LLC pays $1,125,000 for a Condado Blu apartment that sold new for $695,000 in 2024
Road2 Nowhere LLC has bought an apartment at Condado Blu, 14 Calle Delcasse, Santurce, San Juan, for $1,125,000 from a private party. The sale deed was recorded on July 21, 2026.
The seller had bought the apartment from the building's developer on July 22, 2024, for $695,000. The resale price is 62% higher, two years later.
It is the company's second unit in the building: it paid $1,020,000 for another Condado Blu apartment on May 29, 2026.
The building
Two apartments in the building are listed for sale, at $1,616,000 and $1,750,000, and apartments have been offered for rent at $9,500 a month.
The condominium's single permit for a pool area, an administrative office, a gym and an activity room was approved on August 3, 2026. A single permit bundles the use permit and the other authorizations a business needs to operate.
Sales in Santurce and San Juan
Santurce recorded 1,417 sale deeds in the 12 months from November 2024 to October 2025, fewer than the 1,463 of the 12 months from November 2023 to October 2024, and the median price of those deeds slipped to $180,000 from $185,000. Across the whole municipality of San Juan, sale deeds fell to 5,472 from 5,810 over the same two periods while the median price rose to $160,000 from $145,000. Sellers of residential property in San Juan asked a median of $345,501 in October 2026.
