Guaynabo's municipal government has filed to build a prefabricated structure of 1,175.90 square meters (12,657.27 square feet) on the park property at Carretera 169 Km 8.9, Sector La Muda, in Camarones (https://app.atlas.red/en/pr/parcel/carretera-169-guaynabo-00971-x3gau). The filing describes the structure as a basketball court with bathrooms, an office, a storage room and a concession store.

The application has no decision on file yet. A consolidated construction permit combines the construction, remodeling, demolition and urbanization works permits into one.
