Solaris Guaynabo, 93 homes in Santa Rosa, wins a construction permit
Solaris Guaynabo, a development of 93 single-family homes in Santa Rosa, Guaynabo, has a new approved construction permit. The permits office approved a consolidated construction permit filed on October 2, 2026, under case 2022-471785-PCOC-331292, for the "Residential Development of 93 single-family units in Guaynabo".

A consolidated construction permit combines the permits for construction, remodeling, demolition and urbanization works. A filing for the same permit made on June 3, 2026 is still under inspection, and so is an authorization of registration plans filed on October 8, 2026, the step that records a subdivision's lots in the Property Registry.
A case open since 2022
The project's case dates from 2022. The permits office approved a consolidated construction permit for it in April 2023 and another in July 2025, and approved its ministerial lotification, the division of the land into lots, in July 2024. Infrastructure recommendation requests filed in August and September 2026 have no status on file, and a request for administrative review was filed on July 30, 2026.
The land
The filings place the project at the corner of Avenida Juan Carlos de Borbón and PR-177. The property they are filed on, at 2 Avenida Palma Real, covers 50,665 m2 / 545,350 sq ft of urban land.
