Properties in Urbanización Santa Rosa in Bayamón sold for a median of $185,000 over the 12 months to September 2026, up 9% from $169,000 in the 12 months before that. The number of sales fell, from 70 to 65.

Nine sales in under four weeks
Between April 25 and May 20, 2026, nine properties in the urbanización changed hands. The run opened on April 25 with the $185,000 sale of a property, recorded that day.
Eight of those deeds carry a price for that property alone, from $70,000 to $260,000, with a median of $210,000. The ninth, on May 18, shares its deed number with the sale of a property in Toa Baja the same day.
One of the eight was a quick resale. Puerto Rico Properties Solutions, LLC bought a property in the urbanización at a judicial foreclosure sale for $133,000 on April 4, 2025, and sold it for $230,000 on April 30, 2026, 73% more.
The company trades property across the island: between October 2024 and September 2026 it was the seller of 175 properties and the buyer of 155.
One long-held property also sold. A property on Calle 17 that last changed hands for $128,000 in December 2010 sold for $210,000 on May 15, 2026.
