DL Capital Partners, LLC pays $1,000,000 for an Avenida Laurel apartment building on two Lomas Verdes lots in Bayamón
DL Capital Partners, LLC has bought lots 3 and 4 of block 2-A of Urbanización Lomas Verdes, on Avenida Laurel in Minillas, Bayamón, for $1,000,000. The sale deed, recorded on April 30, 2026, names Mt Enterprise, LLC as the seller and covers 707.58 m2 of land, about $1,413 per square meter. The tax roll splits the price between the two lots: $510,000 for 2A-3 and $490,000 for 2A-4.
A mortgage of $750,000 was recorded on the property the same day.
A rental building, not a house
The lots carry a small apartment building. Units at 2A-3 Avenida Laurel have been advertised for rent since November 2024, most recently in October 2026: apartments 2, 7 and 10, one- and two-bedroom units of 60 to 65 m2, at $650 to $750 a month. The ads describe units of about 700 sq ft, a coin-operated common laundry and a location steps from the Bayamón Regional Hospital. The building holds a use permit approved on February 14, 2018, with fire-prevention and environmental-health certificates from the same year, and its zoning district is R-C, which mixes homes and commerce.
The property-tax roll values the two lots and their structures at $43,042 together, a fraction of the price.
A buyer on a run
In the 24 months before this deed, the company recorded eight other purchases, for $118,000 to $485,000: six in San Juan, in Hato Rey Norte, Cupey, Hato Rey Central, Caparra Heights, Venus Gardens and Monacillo Urbano, between November 2024 and November 2025; one in Frailes, Guaynabo; and one in Fair View, Trujillo Alto. In May 2026 it added a property in San Gerardo, Cupey, for $326,000. The Avenida Laurel deal is the largest of them.

Minillas has 93 apartments listed for rent today, at a median asking rent of $900 a month; one-bedroom units (28 listings) ask a median of $750 and two-bedroom units (36 listings) $900. The $650 to $750 asked at 2A-3 Avenida Laurel sits at or below those medians.
