The registry entries describe a property of about 19,650 m2, so the leased premises run beyond the mapped lot. The property record carries the name Furiel Toyota, and the business directory lists Hyundai de Caparra, J.E. Auto Sales and Roberto Furiel Toyota on it.
The permit file points to a change of operator. Single permits for a dealer selling cars, parts and services were approved on April 20, 2023 and March 15, 2024 under the project name Furiel Toyota Bayamón. A new single permit for the same use, filed on September 4, 2026 under the project name Metro Automotive Group LLC dba Metro Toyota, is under inspection. Sign permits for the Toyota Furiel pylon were approved on March 25, 2025 and February 27, 2026.
One week before the lease, on September 23, 2026, three earlier registry entries on the property, for $1,850,000, $5,575,000 and $1,750,000, were cancelled.
