Costa Norte house in Hatillo cuts its ask by $88,000 to $410,000

The lower price first appeared on October 29, 2026, 13 days after the house was first advertised. Six of the eight ads for the house now ask $410,000. Two still show $498,000, one of them after it went back to that price on November 1, 2026.
