Hatillo commercial property sells for $1.18 million, below 2013 price
Moyba, LLC bought the commercial property at Carretera 2 Km 84.7, Carrizales, Hatillo for $1,180,000 on May 18, 2026, in a sale deed that names Catedral Inc. as the seller.
The seller had bought the same property for $1,350,000 on December 19, 2013, in its earlier sale deed. The May price is $170,000, or 12.6%, below that one.
The property on PR-2 holds business permits for shops. The three dated 2026 are approved: one for an auto parts store, one for a battery and light bulb store and one for a tobacco shop.
The buyer's other deals
The Hatillo purchase is one of five sale deeds Moyba, LLC signed over the past 12 months. On November 4, 2025 it bought an industrial property in the Metropolitan Industrial Park in Canovanillas, Carolina, for $1,920,000. On March 10, 2026, just over four months later, it sold that property for $2,600,000, $680,000 or 35.4% above its purchase price.
The other two deeds are its sales of two apartments in Fajardo, on February 28 and July 8, 2026. The February one, in the Villa Marina Condominium, sold for $250,000; Moyba, LLC had bought it for $91,000 on November 29, 2021.
