Rexville house bought for $98,000 in January resells for $239,000
A house at D-2 Calle 4 in Urbanización Rexville, Bayamón sold for $239,000 on July 29, 2026, six months after Tiago Investment LLC bought it for $98,000 on January 22.
The July sale deed puts the price $141,000 above what the company paid at its January purchase. In June, before the sale, the company asked the registry to cancel an old $14,950 mortgage on the house as time-barred.
The company's other deals this year
The same arc shows at a house on Paseo Diamela in Levittown, Toa Baja. The company bought it at a foreclosure sale on February 26, 2026 for $147,500 and sold it on August 28 for $255,000, $107,500 more than it paid.
A third property, in Urbanización San Pedro in Fajardo, came to the company as a $60,000 payment in kind on January 19 and sold on May 22 for $65,000. In January it also bought a property in Gobernador Piñero, San Juan, for $50,000, and in September another in Bayamón, in Urbanización Santa Elena, for $160,000.
In Rexville itself, three other houses sold in May 2026, for $105,000, $175,000 and $185,000.
