Vista Real condo in Fajardo: median sale $250,000, up from $195,000
Apartments at Condominio Vista Real, 400 Avenida A, Barrio Pueblo, Fajardo sold at a median of $250,000 on 8 sale deeds recorded from October 2025 to September 2026, up from $195,000 on 6 deeds in the 12 months before. Three of those sales were recorded in July 2026, at $225,000 to $265,000. The latest, unit 9-4-B on September 30, 2026, was the highest of the eight: $290,000.
On July 31, 2026, unit 21-3-B sold for $265,000. Its previous sale deed, recorded on August 1, 2001, carried $160,000, so the unit's price is up 65.6%.
On July 9, Travis LLC sold unit 7-4-B for $225,000. The company had held the unit since January 2016, when it took title on a deed recorded at $100,000. The next day, unit 12-7-A sold for $250,000; its previous deed, from 2009, carries no price.
From bank sales to $250,000
Prices in the building have more than tripled since 2018, when its 14 sale deeds carried a median of $81,000 and banks were the seller on at least seven of them.
One unit traces that arc. A bank took unit 30-3-B at a foreclosure sale in March 2016, sold it for $77,000 in January 2018, and the unit sold again for $210,000 in August 2025.
Units now advertised for sale in the building ask from $252,000 to $325,000.
