Isleta Marina condo in Fajardo resells for $260,000, up from $150,000
An apartment at Condominio Isleta Marina in Cabezas, Fajardo, sold for $260,000 on May 5, 2026, the highest price of any apartment sale at the complex this year. The seller had bought the unit, Apartment 10 M, for $150,000 on July 13, 2021, so the price rose 73% in under five years.
The sale was one of five apartment sales recorded at the complex between April 15 and May 15, 2026, at prices from $150,000 to $260,000. In the first of them, on April 15, Cs Holdings bought Apartment 10 P for $238,000.
Prices at the complex since 2021
From January 1 to October 9, 2026, the complex recorded 20 apartment sales at a median price of $195,000. The same months of 2025 brought 24 sales at a median of $170,000, and those of 2021 brought 36 at a median of $92,500. The medians compare different apartments, not the same ones resold.
Filings at the condominium
On September 25, 2026, a pre-consultation was filed to rehabilitate the condominium's existing pool complex: the rectangular pool, the children's pool and a free-form pool. The work would repair and replace the hydraulic piping, rehabilitate the pool shells and apply a new marbleized finish, keeping the pools' shapes, footprints and uses. It is an early step before any construction permit, and the permits office has asked for corrections to it.
Two apartments in the complex also have filings this year to operate as short-term rentals. The first, filed on February 27, 2026, received an approved use recommendation, and its single permit is under inspection, as is the single permit of the second, filed on September 14.
