Las Casitas unit bought for $409,000 in 1994 sells for $1.05 million
Fajardo GC 1 LLC bought unit 16 at Condominio Las Casitas I in Cabezas, Fajardo, for $1,050,000. The sale deed is dated August 13, 2026.
The seller had owned the unit since June 10, 1994, when it paid $409,000 for it. The 2026 price is 157% above that one. The deed gives the unit 273.51 square meters of built area, which puts the price at $3,839 a square meter.
What other units sold for
Unit 24 in the same condominium carries the same built area on its deed. It sold for $725,000 on May 23, 2025, or $2,651 a square meter, so unit 16 went for 45% more.
Counting unit 24, the 11 other sale deeds recorded for units of the condominium from January 2025 to October 2026 ran from $475,000 to $980,000. Two of the 2026 sales were of units larger than unit 16 on their deeds: unit 73, with 315.65 square meters, sold for $900,000 on April 30, and unit 4, with 287.75 square meters, sold for $825,000 on June 29.
