Dos Marinas condo in Fajardo sells for $400,000, a high since 2018
An apartment in the Dos Marinas tower at 200 Avenida Marina View in Sardinera, Fajardo, sold for $400,000 on September 22, 2026. No sale deed in that tower or in Torre I, its neighbour at 100 Avenida Marina View, had recorded more from 2018 on; the closest was the $390,000 paid for unit 2310 in Torre I on December 6, 2024.
Across the two towers, apartments sold for a median of $230,000 from January to September 2026, against $228,000 in the same months of 2025. The towers recorded 23 sale deeds in those nine months, against 21 a year earlier.
Units resold for far more
Apartment 1704 in the tower at number 200 sold for $285,000 on April 8, 2026. Its seller had bought it for $90,000 in 2024.
In Torre I, Cortez LLC paid $335,000 for apartment 1601 on May 30, more than double the $165,000 the selling company had paid in July 2021. Unit 2307, back at number 200, sold for $230,000 on August 26, 83% more than its $126,000 sale of November 12, 2021.
A company buys and relists
Motores Furiosos LLC bought apartment 1210 in Torre I for $340,000 on April 30, 2026. The unit had last sold with a price in 2016, for $94,230. It was one of four apartments the company bought between April and August, along with two in Humacao, for $280,000 and $320,000, and one in Trujillo Alto, for $318,000.
On August 23 the apartment was advertised for sale at $370,000 as a remodeled, fully furnished two-bedroom unit. The ask fell to $350,000 on September 30 and to $340,000 on October 7, the price on the April deed.
