Caimito house at 639 Calle Don Diego asks $1,100,000 after August cut
The four-bedroom house at 639 Calle Don Diego, Urbanización Las Flores de Montehiedra in Caimito, San Juan, now asks $1,100,000, down from $1,200,000. Its advertisements still asked $1,200,000 on August 17, 2026, and the lower price appeared on August 20, 2026.
The cut comes to $100,000, or 8.3%. The ask has not moved since: the seven copies of the advertisement still live on broker websites all show $1,100,000, and the house was still advertised at that price on November 6, 2026. The house has been advertised since at least May 13, 2026.
The advertisements describe a house built in 2002 with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 parking spaces and 260 m2 / 2,800 sq ft of built area, which puts the new ask at about $4,229 per square metre. They list a pool, a diesel generator and a corner lot.
