Metro Plaza Towers apartment cuts its ask to $775,000 from $875,000
The apartment at Condominio Metro Plaza Towers, Apartment 2008, Santurce, San Juan, 00907 now asks $775,000. That is $100,000, or 11.4%, below the $875,000 it asked when it was first advertised on September 8, 2026. The lower ask first appeared on November 5, 2026.
The unit last sold for $249,000, in a sale deed of April 27, 2015, and no later sale has been filed. The new ask is a little over three times that price.
As advertised, the apartment is on the 20th floor of the south tower, with one bedroom, two bathrooms, two parking spaces and 1,442.66 sq ft of built area.
Not every ad has caught up. Of seven ads for the unit, four show the new ask, while two classifieds and a social media post still ask $875,000.
Prices in the building
Over the 12 months to August 2026, apartments in the building sold for between $350,000 and $875,000, depending on the unit.
Another apartment there with the same 134 m2 of built area and two bedrooms, unit 1408, is advertised at $795,000 in most of its ads.
