Caguas Real Home Resort house cuts its ask to $1,235,000
A four-bedroom house for sale in Urbanización Caguas Real Home Resort, Caguas now asks $1,235,000. That is $130,000, or 9.5%, below the $1,365,000 its ad showed on August 12, 2026. The lower price appeared on October 11, 2026. It is still $340,000, or 38%, above the $895,000 the same house was advertised at in September 2025.
An ask that went up before it came down
The house was first advertised on May 18, 2025, at $1,265,000, and two days later at $1,115,000. In September 2025 it was offered on another site at $985,000, cut to $895,000 by September 11, and those ads came down in October 2025. By August 12, 2026, the ask was back up at $1,365,000.
The cut takes back part of that rise: the new price is $30,000 below the first ask. A second ad for the house, posted on another site on October 12, 2026, asks the same $1,235,000.
The house
The ad describes a three-level house with 414 m2 (4,455 sq ft) of built area, four bedrooms, four bathrooms and parking for five cars. It lists a pool, a gazebo and a golf course view, with HOA fees of $215 a month.
Other houses advertised for sale in the development list between 329 and 356 m2 of built area where they give one, and their asks start at $635,000.
