Santurce four-bedroom apartment cuts its ask to $495,000
The four-bedroom apartment at Apartment 2, 361 Calle Fuerte, Santurce in San Juan now asks $495,000, down from $598,000 on October 19, 2026. The new price appeared on November 2, 2026, a cut of $103,000, or 17.2%.
It is the third cut since the apartment came on the market. Its first ads, on September 15, 2026, asked $625,000; the ask fell to $605,000 on October 5 and to $598,000 on October 19. From the first ask, the price is down $130,000, or 20.8%, in 48 days.
The new price shows on one broker's ad so far. Seven other ads for the apartment, none refreshed since November 1, still show older asks: five at $598,000, one at $605,000 and one at $625,000.
The apartment and its building
The ads describe a second-floor unit with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and one garage parking space, in a 1958 condominium of five apartments, one per floor. They list 12 solar panels with a battery and a 600-gallon water cistern.
A second unit in the building is also for sale. Apartment 5, a one-bedroom, sold for $67,000 on April 23, 2024. It was first advertised on February 14, 2026 at $385,000, was down to $298,000 by May 25 and was last advertised at $275,000; one of its ads says it is under contract.

Santurce has 105 four-bedroom apartments for sale, this one included, at a median ask of $2,500,000. Of those, 12 ask less than $495,000.
