11 Coral Beach condo sales total $5,396,000, two of them quick resales
Buyers took title to 11 units at Condominio Coral Beach in Cangrejo Arriba, Carolina, through separate sale deeds dated from March 31 to July 2, 2026. The prices add up to $5,396,000, with a median of $475,000.
Two of those sales were resales by one seller who had bought both units in 2025. Apartment 2020, bought for $550,000 on February 28, 2025, sold for $630,000 on April 27, 2026, 14.5% more. Apartment 2008, bought for $550,000 on April 30, 2025, sold for $650,000 on April 10, 2026, 18.2% more.
Apartment 2009 also changed hands a year after its last sale. Coral Coast LLC paid $650,000 for it on June 18, 2026, against $620,000 on June 11, 2025. Apartment 1515 went to Landmark Realty Group Inc for $500,000 on July 2, 60.8% above the $311,000 it sold for in December 2019.
Apartment 1419 sold on April 15 for $375,000, the price it last sold for in October 2021. Apartment 1115 sold for $475,000 on May 29, and 315 LLC paid $500,000 for Apartment 1819 on June 17.
The run was busier than a year earlier. The condominium recorded six sale deeds in the same weeks of 2025 and 23 in all of that year, at a median of $450,000, and the top 2026 price matches the highest sale recorded there in 2025.
