Villa Fontana house bought for $60,000 resells for $259,000
A house at Villa Fontana 4-RN19, Vía 314, Carolina sold for $259,000 on August 11, 2026, almost two years after Twin Investments LLC bought it for $60,000 on August 15, 2024. Between the two deeds, the company filed to legalize and then remodel the house.

Seventeen months of permit filings
The company first went to the permits office on March 4, 2025, with a construction consultation to legalize the construction of the residence. A construction consultation is a filing for a project whose use is allowed but which needs variances from the building limits of its zoning district.
A consultation filed on July 8, 2025 is recorded as denied, and three infrastructure recommendation requests filed for the same project on December 15, 2025 are recorded as approved. A further consultation filed on March 10, 2026 is incomplete.
In 2026 the filings turned to remodelling the existing structure: a consolidated construction permit request on May 18, 2026 and a construction consultation on July 29, 2026, both incomplete. The house changed hands less than two weeks after that last filing. A filing does not establish that any work started or finished.
The property's earlier sales
Before the company bought it, the house sold for $75,000 on November 21, 2023 and for $53,000 on October 11, 2012. The company paid less than the 2023 buyer did, and the 2026 price is more than four times what it paid.
