Condado Blu unit resells for $1,844,300, what the seller paid in 2025
Rama Family Holdings LLC has bought a unit at the Condado Blu condominium, 14 Calle Delcasse, Santurce, San Juan, 00907, from Amrapur, Inc. for $1,844,300. The sale deed was recorded on August 25, 2026.
The price matches to the dollar what the seller paid. Amrapur, Inc. bought a unit of the same size in the building for $1,844,300 on a deed recorded January 15, 2025, so it sold some 19 months later at no recorded gain.
It is the company's second sale in the building. On October 2, 2025, it sold another unit there for $1,450,000.
Smaller units have changed hands for less this year. Between March and July 2026, deeds for three other units, each about half this one's size, recorded prices from $1,020,000 to $1,125,000.
A single permit for the pool area, administrative office, gym and activity room, dated August 3, 2026, is approved. A single permit bundles in one application the use permit and the other authorizations a property needs to operate.
