The building
Le Parc is a 14-floor apartment building with parking on its first two floors and apartments from the third floor up, as described in the residential use permit the permits office approved on February 5, 2025. The project's application for authorization of its horizontal-property plans describes a 13-level building with a rooftop terrace level and 121 parking spaces. RED Atlas records list 36 units on the 6,184 m2 lot, which is zoned C-2.
The permits office approved amended construction permits for the project in September and December 2024 and January 2025, and it denied the project's two requests for authorization of its horizontal-property plans, in November 2024 and September 2025. A consolidated construction permit combines the construction, remodeling, demolition and urbanization works permits into one; the horizontal-property authorization is the approval of plans for a building placed under Puerto Rico's condominium law.
