Santurce multifamily building resold for $1 million after $269,000 buy
2009 Corona LLC bought the multifamily building at 2009 Calle Corona in Santurce, San Juan, for $1,000,000 on May 11, 2026. The seller, Feliola LLC, had paid $269,000 for it on November 25, 2024, the same figure the property had been advertised at since October 8, 2024.
That earlier ad described a two-level building with two units, five bedrooms and two bathrooms, offered for renovation. On January 15, 2025, less than two months after Feliola LLC's purchase, the property was advertised again at $398,000.
A pre-consultation dated January 9, 2025, to remodel the structure with new bathroom wall tile, a replacement zinc roof and new gypsum board walls, was denied. A use permit for the property dated January 16, 2026 is approved.
On October 17, 2026, five months after the May sale, the property went back on the market at $1,175,000, $175,000 above the price on the deed. The ad describes four furnished units on two levels with about 3,200 square feet of construction: three units of two bedrooms and one bathroom each, and a fourth with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a terrace with a jacuzzi.
The sale was the largest of eight purchases and sales Feliola LLC recorded between November 2024 and July 2026. It sold three other properties in that span for $130,000 to $160,000, among them one in Fajardo it had bought at a foreclosure sale for $82,500 on May 22, 2025 and resold for $130,000 on November 29, 2025. On July 8, 2026, it bought another Santurce property, at 652 Calle Victor Lopez, for $275,000.
