Miraflor Village, 168 apartments in Isabela, files for its use permit
Miraflor Village Apartments, a social-interest housing project of 168 apartments on Carretera 112 in Mora, Isabela, filed for a residential use permit on October 9, 2026. The permits office lists the filing as incomplete.
A residential use permit is the written authorization to use a building as housing. The project's filings describe seven residential buildings of three levels each, with 84 three-bedroom, 42 two-bedroom and 42 one-bedroom apartments, plus administrative and maintenance buildings and parking.

The project's consolidated construction permit filings date from February and March 2025, and three of them are listed as under inspection. Its infrastructure recommendation requests, filed to check whether infrastructure is available for a project, were approved in June and October 2025 and again on the request filed April 20, 2026, case 2024-608852-SRI-328761. An environmental compliance pre-consultation was approved on March 31, 2026.
