Grandcarle, LLC buys a Borinquen Towers apartment for $161,420
Grandcarle, LLC bought Apartment 902 in the Borinquen Towers condominium complex in Gobernador Piñero, San Juan, for $161,420 on August 26, 2026 (the deed). It was one of four apartment sales priced from $135,000 to $163,000 in the complex from August 10 to August 26, which together come to $599,420.
The apartment last changed hands for a price on May 31, 2003, when it sold for $95,000.
The buyer's earlier deals
The company has bought and resold properties in San Juan before. In Oriente, it bought one property for $70,000 in February 2025 and sold it for $105,000 in July 2025.
It bought a property on Calle Coll, also in Oriente, for $95,000 in May 2025 and sold it for $135,000 on July 30, 2025. On August 20, 2025 it bought a property in Minillas, Bayamón, for $130,000, and no sale of it has been recorded since.
How the complex trades
Over the 12 months from November 2025 to October 2026, apartments in the complex sold at a median price of $153,000 across 30 sale deeds, so the company paid above the complex's typical price. The other three August sales went for $140,000 on August 10, $135,000 on August 22 and $163,000 on August 24.
