Finca Elena house at 77 Calle Almendro cuts its ask to $1,100,000
A four-bedroom house at 77 Calle Almendro in Finca Elena, Guaynabo, now asks $1,100,000, down $100,000, or 8.3%, from the $1,200,000 it asked in August. In 2022 the same house was advertised for sale at $1,400,000, $300,000 above today's ask, and no sale followed.
This round of ads began with a classified ad on July 29, 2026. That ad asked $1,200,000 on August 12, 2026, and $1,100,000 on September 24, 2026. From September 26, 2026, brokers also advertised the house at $1,100,000, and their ads still ask that amount.
The ads describe 352 m2 (3,784 sq ft) of built space with four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms on a 628 m2 (6,760 sq ft) lot, with a swimming pool, a wine cellar, solar panels and a generator.
What the house fetched before
The house last sold on March 4, 2011, for $715,966; the new ask is 54% above that price. In 2024 the house was advertised for rent at $6,000 a month.
Four other Finca Elena houses, on lots of 593 to 680 m2, sold between December 2025 and October 2026 for $750,000 to $1,220,000. The most recent, on Calle Guayabo, sold for $1,220,000 on October 15, 2026.
