Four May sales at a Carolina condo total $810,000, top price $249,000
Four apartments at Condominio Paisajes de Parque Escorial in San Antón, Carolina, changed hands in sale deeds recorded between May 12 and May 30, 2026, for a combined $810,000. Two of them sold for more than $235,000, the highest price on any sale deed in the complex since 2022, recorded in May 2025.
The top price was $249,000 for apartment S33, recorded May 30. Its seller had bought it in December 2003 for $110,000.
Apartment A-33 sold for $240,000 on May 12, the price it had been advertised at since April 11, 2026. That is 60% more than the $150,000 it sold for in August 2021.
Apartment F21 went for $216,000 on May 13. Its previous sale was in April 1999, for $117,000, and the 2026 seller was the buyer on that deed.
The fourth, apartment E33, sold for $105,000 on May 28, the lowest of the four. Its seller had paid $188,000 for it in December 2005, so it sold for 44% less.
