Nirvana Camuy, LLC pays $1,250,000 for an 8.7-hectare farm lot in Yeguada, Camuy, its second there since 2024
Nirvana Camuy, LLC bought the property at Lot 1, Yeguada, Camuy, for $1,250,000, in a sale deed recorded on October 16, 2026. The deed covers 87,264 m2, about 8.7 hectares, which puts the price at $14.32 per m2.
The company had already bought next door. A sale deed recorded on November 9, 2024 shows it paying $950,000 for another Lot 1, Yeguada property, of 82,067 m2, about 8.2 hectares.
Two single permits under the name TJ Dairy Farms Inc were filed for the property on July 14, 2026, one approved and one incomplete. A single permit bundles into one application the use permit, environmental compliance, fire prevention certification, sanitary license and other authorizations a business needs to operate.
Sales in Yeguada and Camuy
In the 12 months from November 2024 to October 2025, the Yeguada neighbourhood recorded 27 sale deeds at a median price of $125,000. In the 12 months before that, from November 2023 to October 2024, the neighbourhood recorded 41 sale deeds at a median of $95,000.
Across the whole municipality of Camuy, 380 sale deeds were recorded at a median of $72,375 in the 12 months from November 2024 to October 2025, compared with 411 sale deeds at a median of $70,000 in the 12 months from November 2023 to October 2024.
