Jagual house in San Lorenzo drops its ask to $225,000 from $300,000
A three-bedroom house for sale in Jagual, San Lorenzo now asks $225,000, down from $300,000. The cut is $75,000, or 25%.
The house first came on the market on October 13, 2026, at $300,000. The lower ask first appeared in a new ad on October 23, and an ad that had shown $300,000 since October 14 switched to $225,000 on November 4. One classifieds ad for the house still asks $300,000.
The ads describe 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, a terrace and balconies around the home, on a lot of more than half a cuerda. The $225,000 ads put the carport at about 8 vehicles. The $300,000 classifieds ad said 6, and also offered the property for uses such as an elderly care home, a daycare centre or a neighbourhood grocery store, subject to zoning and permits.
The new ask puts the house well below the other three-bedroom houses for sale in Jagual, which ask $425,000 and $495,000.
