Five owners at Condominio Villas Del Faro, a condominium in Emajagua, Maunabo, sold their units between May 22 and June 17, 2026, in five separate sale deeds that total $1,160,500. Each sold for between $222,000 and $245,000. One of them, Apartment 308, had sold for $65,000 in October 2019.
Four of the five sellers had bought the same units for $136,000 to $146,000. Two of them bought in 2001: one paid $136,000 that November and sold for $225,000, the other paid $139,500 that December and sold for $222,000.
The other two had bought more recently. A unit bought for $146,000 in October 2021 sold for $245,000, and Apartment 308, bought for $146,000 in January 2024, sold for $228,500. The fifth seller bought Penthouse 1607 in October 2016 on a deed that carries no price; it sold for $240,000.
