Il Forno LLC has bought the property at Urbanización Altamira, 494 Calle Sirio, Gobernador Piñero, San Juan, from Rpc Development Inc. for $1,150,000. The sale deed was recorded on September 4, 2026. The building has 822 m2 of floor area on a 925 m2 lot zoned C-1.
The seller had paid the same $1,150,000 for the property on May 28, 2008, 18 years earlier. An $896,000 mortgage was recorded on the property on the day of the sale.
The restaurant permit
The property has three permit filings on record over the past 24 months. The most recent, a single permit for La Esquina Gastro Bar, a restaurant with retail sale of alcoholic beverages, was approved on October 6, 2026.
