Caduceus Holdings sells two condos, buys $1.4 million San Juan house
Caduceus Holdings, LLC bought a house on Calle Bellísima in Urbanización San Francisco, Monacillo Urbano, San Juan for $1,400,000. The deed is dated July 14, 2026, 40 days after the company sold an apartment in Santurce for $2,650,000.
That apartment, number 501 at Condominio Acquamarina at Ashford, 1315 Ashford Avenue, had cost the company $1,200,000 in May 2016. The June 4, 2026 sale price was 121% above that purchase price.
In February 2026 the company also sold Penthouse 3 at Condominio New San Juan, on Isla Verde Avenue in Carolina, for $749,000. It had paid $470,000 for the penthouse in May 2021, so it sold for 59% more.
The house
The house stands on a lot of 1,326 square metres. Its sale advertisement described five bedrooms, five bathrooms, 3,600 square feet of living space and a construction year of 1968. It was first advertised on May 22, 2026, at $1,495,000, so the deed price is $95,000 below that asking price. The property last changed hands in May 2022, and no construction or renovation permit filing is on record for it.
The $1,400,000 price is the fourth-highest of 21 house sales recorded in Urbanización San Francisco between January 2025 and September 2026. The highest was $3,000,000, and the median was $740,000.
