Inmobiliarias Naihomy buys seven Puerto Rico properties for $915,752
Inmobiliarias Naihomy Inc. is the buyer on seven deeds recorded from May 29 to August 27, 2026, each for a different property, and their prices add up to $915,752. The properties lie in six towns in the east and centre of the island, two of them in Cayey.
One of the seven is a judicial sale in a mortgage foreclosure, in which a court marshal signs a property over after a public auction: a property in Jácana, Yabucoa, for $120,001, recorded August 5, 2026. The largest deed is $231,500, for a property in Beatriz, Cidra, and the smallest $41,110, in Mabú, Humacao.
In the same months the company is also named as buyer, together with another company, on three more deeds, two of them at foreclosure auctions.
The buying goes back further. Over the past 24 months, deeds name the company as buyer on 48 properties, these seven included. The latest, recorded September 17, 2026, is a $161,000 purchase in Sabana Llana Sur, San Juan.
