The financing
Cooperativa Zeno Gandía leads the group as head of the cooperative syndicate, the outlet reported. Credicentro-Coop, Sagrada Familia, Candel Coop, Moca Coop, CrediCoop San Blas and Florida Coop make up the rest.
An attorney is in charge of the development, and Inmuebles LLC takes part as the real estate company tied to the project, the outlet reported. Neither the total investment nor the number of construction jobs was disclosed.
Each home would have three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a double carport, in a subdivision with controlled access, the outlet reported. The project is at a very early stage of permitting, and the first homes are projected for delivery during 2028, subject to the development and construction schedule.
