Three Serenity By The Sea condos in Cabo Rojo resell, top at $479,900
Three apartments at Condominio Serenity By The Sea in Miradero, Cabo Rojo, changed hands between July 25 and August 6, 2026, for a combined $1,179,900. Each one sold for more than it had fetched in its previous recorded sale.
The highest price was $479,900 on July 30 for penthouse Aa4, a three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit with a private rooftop terrace. It had been advertised at $479,900 since June 10, and it sold at that asking price. The penthouse last sold for $250,000 in July 2019, so its price rose 92%. Before that, it went to a lender at a foreclosure sale in November 2016, and the lender sold it for $140,000 in December 2017.
Apartment Be4 sold for $400,000 on July 25, 27% more than the $315,000 it sold for in September 2005, its previous recorded sale.
Apartment Cb2 sold for $300,000 on August 6, double the $150,000 it sold for in March 2015. Four days later, on August 10, the furnished three-bedroom unit was advertised for rent at $2,300 a month, and it is still offered.
Another penthouse in the building, with two bedrooms, has been advertised for sale at $475,000 since October 16, 2026.
