Aguas Buenas house sells for $750,000, the town's top price since 2023
A house on two cuerdas of land at kilometer 16.4 of PR-174, in the Sonadora barrio of Aguas Buenas, sold for $750,000 on June 19, 2026. No property in the municipality had sold for more since March 2023, when a 10-cuerda property went for $850,000. In the two years before this sale the town's highest price was $650,000, paid in 2025, and seven sales passed $500,000.
The seller had bought the property in Sonadora for $140,000 on May 28, 2020, so the June sale came at more than five times that price six years later.
From $825,000 to $750,000
The house was first advertised on February 4, 2026, at $825,000, and later copies of the ad asked $750,000, the price it sold for. The listing described a two-level home with a concrete lower floor and a treated-wood upper floor, two bedrooms, three bathrooms, parking for two cars and an infinity pool with a panoramic view.
The two-cuerda property next door sold for $325,000 on October 8, 2025, up from $254,000 in July 2022.
