The five-bedroom house at 32 Shell Castle in Palmas del Mar, in Candelero Abajo, Humacao, is now advertised for sale at $5,250,000. Its ads had asked $5,995,000 since March 12, 2026, and the lower price first appeared on October 8, 2026: a cut of $745,000, or 12.4%. The ad presents the lower price as a limited-time offer, good until December 31, 2026.
Nearly three years of asking prices
