Palmas del Mar house cuts ask to $1,299,900, twice its 2021 price
The five-bedroom house at 5 Harbour Lights Drive in Palmas del Mar, Humacao, now asks $1,299,900, down $200,000 or 13.3% from the $1,499,900 it had asked since it first came on the market in July. Even after the cut, the ask is more than twice the $595,000 the property sold for in May 2021, its last recorded sale.

Nearly four months at the first price

Six of the nine broker copies still online show $1,299,900. Two copies last read before the cut, on October 15 and October 20, still show $1,499,900, and one site that dropped to $1,299,900 on October 28 went back to $1,499,900 on November 1.
