Four Los Pinos condos in Isla Verde sell for $425,000 to $460,000
Four apartments at Condominio Los Pinos, 6410 Avenida Isla Verde in Carolina changed hands in three weeks, for $425,000 to $460,000 each and $1,772,000 together. The deeds were recorded between May 20 and June 10, 2026.

Three of the four sellers had owned their units for about two decades or longer. Unit 8C, bought for $225,000 in October 2006, sold for $460,000 on May 20. Unit 11A, bought for $345,000 in July 2005, sold for $450,000 on May 30. Unit 4B followed at $425,000 on June 8, and unit 3-C Oeste, held by its seller since August 2001, closed at $437,000 on June 10.
Three of the four were advertised before they sold. Unit 3-C Oeste was offered from February 14 at $424,999 and sold for $12,001 more. Unit 11A was offered from March 12 at $450,000 and sold at that price. Unit 8C was offered from April 22 at $485,000 and sold four weeks later for $460,000.
The deeds for 8C, 4B and 3-C Oeste describe units of 130 to 140 square meters. Two buyers financed, with mortgages of $405,000 and $318,750 recorded the same day as their purchases.
In all of 2025 the building recorded nine market apartment sales, at a median of $415,000; each of these four sold above it. A fifth deed in the same weeks, for unit 9F at $270,000, passed between owners who share a surname at the price the unit fetched in 2010, so it is not counted here as a market sale.
