Laguna 504 LLC took title to apartment 504 at Condominio Laguna Plaza, 15 Avenida Luis Muñoz Rivera, in Puerta de Tierra, in the Viejo San Juan neighbourhood of San Juan, together with two parking spaces, on an exchange deed recorded on August 28, 2026. The registry gives the deed a value of $2,500,000, and the tax roll splits it into $2,425,000 for the apartment and $75,000 for the parking.
An exchange transfers title in return for something of matching value, so the figure is the value the deed records, not a cash price.
On the same day the registry recorded the cancellation of a $1,500,000 mortgage placed on the apartment in January 2025.
The apartment and its building
The apartment covers 257 m2 / 2,768 sq ft, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Unit 602, of about the same size, sold for $2,500,000 on a deed recorded on May 22, 2026.
Several businesses in the building filed permit requests in the weeks around the deed, and the condominium filed a buildability pre-consultation on September 14, 2026, which is under inspection.
