Costa Esmeralda apartments in Ceiba sell at a $245,000 median in 2026
Five apartments at Condominio Costa Esmeralda in Machos, Ceiba, sold between April 29 and May 20, 2026, at prices from $200,000 to $285,000. They belong to a year in which the complex's apartments have sold for more than they did in 2025.
The highest of the five was Unit 402, sold for $285,000 on April 29, by an owner who had bought it on August 31, 2001, for $101,250. Unit Z101 sold the same day for $220,000 and Unit V201 followed on May 1 at $255,000. The other two closed in the second half of May at $200,000 and $240,000.
The $240,000 sale, of Unit O-201, was a quick resale. The seller had bought the apartment on December 16, 2025, for $220,000, and sold it about five months later for $20,000 more.
A higher year for the complex
From January 1 to October 13, 2026, Costa Esmeralda recorded 13 apartment sales at a median price of $245,000. In the same months of 2025 it recorded nine, at a median of $215,000. The medians compare different apartments, not the same ones resold.
The most recent sale of the year, on October 13, 2026, was also its highest, at $305,000. Every other 2026 sale but one closed between $200,000 and $285,000.
