The $1,788,900 mortgage is new; the registry index records it at that amount, while the deed's text gives $2,010,000. A mortgage is a security right over real estate that stays in the hands of the debtor and guarantees an obligation.

The mapped property is zoned CR, a resource-conservation district, on 62% of its area and I.a and I.i industrial districts on 37%; the Land Use Plan classes 62% of it as specially protected rural land and 37% as urban land. Its permit file describes a manufacturing plant of about 33,700 m2 of built area: a single permit approved on March 13, 2025 for the manufacture of aluminium doors, windows and other aluminium products, and emergency-generator permits renewed in 2015, 2018, 2019, 2022 and 2024.
