From foreclosure to a $1,400,000 sale
The unit's deeds trace a full cycle. A mortgage of $976,500 was recorded on it on July 15, 2006. On June 14, 2017, a bank took the penthouse at a judicial foreclosure sale for $488,250.
The bank then sold it on November 20, 2017 for $360,000, the sale the new price is measured against. A deed recorded on December 16, 2022 at $340,000 divided marital property between spouses and was not a sale.
