Vistamar house in Carolina resells for $255,000, up 45.7% since April
A house on Calle Lerida in Urbanización Vistamar, Carolina, sold for $255,000 on August 26, 2026, 45.7% above the $175,000 its seller paid on April 25, 2026. Fix & Flip LLC sold the house to another company.
The two sales came four months apart. The company bought the house from Banco Popular de Puerto Rico with the April 25 deed and sold it with the August 26 deed, and no other sale of the house was recorded between them.
The price sits high for the subdivision. Over the 12 months from October 2025 to September 2026, properties in Urbanización Vistamar recorded 42 sale deeds of $50,000 or more, at a median price of $165,000. Five of those deeds were for more than $255,000.
