Carolina house bought for $65,000 in 2025 sells for $254,900
A house at BU-22 Calle 126 in Urbanización Jardines de Country Club sold for $254,900 on August 5, 2026, to Tu Momento Vip, LLC. The same house had sold for $65,000 on July 8, 2025, 13 months earlier. That 2025 seller was one of the heirs named in a declaration of heirs recorded on June 21, 2018, and the last sale with a price before it was $155,000, on December 27, 2006.
The two sales are separate deeds on the same home: the 2025 deed and the 2026 deed. The second price is nearly four times the first.
Five house sales in four weeks
The Calle 126 sale opened a run of five house sales in the subdivision between August 5 and September 2, 2026, at prices from $157,000 to $297,000. The highest was CY-8 Calle 163, which sold for $297,000 on August 31.
Two other buyers in that run were companies. FK875 Property Holding LLC paid $157,000 on August 12 for A-22 Calle 5, a house that had passed to its seller through a declaration of heirs recorded in June 2024. Inversiones La Cima LLC paid $172,500 on September 2 for 28 Calle 139.
The second company trades homes across Puerto Rico. In the 24 months to October 2026 it recorded 27 purchase deeds, seven of them at judicial foreclosure sales, and 39 deeds as seller.
On September 4, Oriental Bank took title to AK-14 Calle 41 in a $200,000 deed recorded as a sale. The bank had recorded a notice of a lawsuit for $216,381.65 on that house on March 11, 2026.
What houses in the subdivision sell for
In the 12 months from November 2025 to October 2026, the subdivision recorded 38 house sales, not counting purchases by banks or sales between relatives, at a median price of $173,750. Seven of them, the Calle 126 sale included, reached $254,900 or more.
