The rehabilitation of the Costa Azul sanitary sewer pump station in Mata de Plátano, Luquillo, has filed 12 infrastructure recommendation requests since August 21, 2024, and no construction permit. The latest, filed September 9, 2026, was sent back for corrections.

Three apartments in the Costa Dorada II condominium at 201 Calle 10, Río Grande sold for $460,000 each between April 30 and May 15, 2026. Cdjr Development, LLC sold two of them: apartment H-202, of 283.23 m2, on April 30, and apartment G-201 on May 4. Caribbean PE Realty LLC sold the third, apartment 202 of Building G, of 277.93 m2, on May 15.

The asking price of the three-bedroom house at 14-2 Camino Las Picuas, in the Zarzal sector of Río Grande, dropped to $1,750,000 from $1,995,000 in mid-September. The $245,000 cut, 12.3%, showed up on the home's ads on September 14 and 15, 2026.

Falciano LLC bought a car dealership property at kilometer 42.3 of PR-3, in the Juan Martín ward of Luquillo, for $1.2 million in a deed dated May 21, 2026. The seller, Estebita Auto Corp, had paid $240,000 for the same property on June 13, 2025, so the price rose fivefold in 11 months.

Fannie Mae took title to a house in Sabana Seca, Toa Baja, for $165,000 on May 20, 2026. By August 12 it had the house up for sale at $141,900, and on September 29 it cut the ask to $137,000, $28,000 under the deed. Its listing calls the house a reverse-mortgage property.

Cabron Capital, LLC bought Apartment 401 in the Coco Beach Resort complex at 406 Coco Beach Boulevard, Zarzal, Río Grande, for $1,250,000 on June 11, 2026, from Cll Re 1 LLC. It is one of three apartments, out of four bought on the same day in 2022, that sold again in the 83 days from April 8 to June 30.
