Recorded sale deeds tell a different story: buyers in Hormigueros paid a median of $86,000 in October 2025, the latest month in a deed series that leaves out the most recent year of registrations. A for-sale listing has been on the market for a median of 22 days (September 2026), and the stock amounts to 2.1 months of supply; both are partial figures.
